DART Warminster Expansion
|
I'm excited to finally share this special announcement with you!
Last week, I had the privilege of announcing that Doylestown Area Regional Transit has been named a permanent line-item in our budget. In addition, DART will be expanding its services into Warminster Township – a decision I have been pushing for since 2022!
The DART program, which started in 2010, provides reliable public transportation to the neighborhoods and communities it serves. The new Warminster route should be available sometime later this year.
Best of all, seniors aged 65 and older will ride DART for free, and all other passengers will pay just a $1 fare.
Thank you to Bucks County Transportation, PennDOT, Rep. Tim Brennan, Warrington Township Supervisors Mike Diorka and Ruth Schemm, and County Commissioner Dianne Marseglia for their support and encouraging words at the press conference.
This new route will help Warminster residents get to doctor's appointments, work, the grocery store, and anywhere else they need to go within the DART service area.

Celebrating Our New Military Enlistees
|
Last week, my Deputy Chief of Staff was honored to present House Citations to the patriotic men and women from William Tennent High School who have decided to enlist in the military upon their graduation.
Thank you for dedicating yourself to public service and to the protection of our nation. Your bravery, selflessness, and hard work are a testament to your character, and I am sure that you will all excel.

I had an amazing time at the BAPS Charities Walkathon in Warrington.
From Walkathons or Sponsored Walks that raise funds for local communities to support humanitarian relief in times of urgent need, from community health fairs to sustaining hospitals and schools in developing countries, BAPS Charities provides an opportunity for individuals wishing to serve locally and globally.
Working in five key areas, BAPS Charities aims to express a spirit of selfless service through Health Awareness, Educational Services, Humanitarian Relief, Environmental Protection & Preservation and Community Empowerment.
The weather and turnout were great, and as always, I had a blast talking with constituents! I look forward to next year!
