July was packed with opportunities for the team to connect with the community and represent Hamilton County veterans across the region:

• At Avondale’s Empowerment Day, Outreach Team members Ron and Cornell met with Mayor Aftab Pureval and shared our mission with residents and local organizations. Thanks to the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio for hosting such a powerful community event.

• On July 5, we brought the energy to the FC Cincinnati Pre-Game Activation Zone, celebrating our official partnership with the team. We connected with fans, veterans, and families before kickoff — offering information, giveaways, and a chance to show off that Orange and Blue pride.

• To close the month, our team answered the call from the Ohio Department of Veterans Services and volunteered at the Ohio State Fair. Hamilton County was the only county to step up — and our commitment was recognized with a personal visit from Governor Mike DeWine’s Deputy Director and Chief of Military and Veterans Affairs.

From neighborhood parks to statewide events, we’re honored to continue showing up for our veterans wherever they are.
