STATE INVESTMENT IN OUR REGION

When the city of Erie does well, the region does well. The city took another exciting step forward as the final structural beam was put in place at Flagship City Commons this month.
This is part of a $31.2 million investment in our city to bring real, visible progress. With $10 million in financing recently approved through the Erie CRIZ, a program to help revitalize PA’s Main Streets, we’re leveraging state resources to help spur private investment, redevelopment and new economic opportunities.

As chairman of the House Majority Policy Committee, I serve on the House Majority Leadership team and crisscross the state listening to members of our local communities and working on solutions that make it easier for working families. The committee has held 79 hearings across 54 neighborhoods so far this legislative session, with 52 different leaders hosting events.

On the third Thursday of each month, my team and I are proud to host a Veterans Service Officer from the VFW to be available to members of our community.
I am happy to help provide this assistance to our area veterans, who have sacrificed so much for our nation. The next appointments will be:
