Looking back at 2025 and forward to 2026

Thank you for making 2025 such an impactful year. It has been an honor to serve the residents of the 197th, and I’ve cherished the opportunity to connect with so many incredible people—especially during events like Community Day and through volunteering.

I’m so excited to carry this momentum into the new year! Cheers to 2026!

Pennsylvania is left behind… again

Workers in multiple states are getting a minimum wage hike- including New York and New Jersey (again)- but not Pennsylvania.

We often hear claims that Pennsylvania employers will “run for the border” if the state raises its minimum wage. But move where? Every neighboring state has increased its minimum wage at least once since 2009.

A strong economy is built on a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work. House Democrats have repeatedly passed bills to boost Pennsylvania’s minimum wage, but they are continuously killed by Senate Republican Leaders like Joe Pittman and Kim Ward. You can send a message on your behalf to your state’s Senate leadership here.

Enough is enough. Our neighboring states are leaving the commonwealth in the dust. It’s past time Pennsylvania raises the minimum wage.
