PA 250 Final Video Releases Saturday, July 4!
|
Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of visiting historically significant places throughout our district, learning the stories behind them, and sharing what I discovered through my PA 250 video series.
This project has all been leading up to a remarkable milestone: America’s 250th birthday this July 4.
If you haven’t had a chance to watch the series yet, I’ve included a link to the videos on my website—I hope you’ll take a look. Our local history reminds us of the extraordinary people and events that shaped our communities, the progress we've made as a nation, and the work that still lies ahead.
The final installment of PA 250 - and my favorite of the series - will premiere on July 4. It tells the story of the founding of the greatest nation in the world, and I can't wait to share it with you. Stay tuned!

Additionally, House Bill 2207 would increase the availability of the Small Business First Fund program for farmers by increasing the cap for ag loans from $400,000 to $2 million.
This change will bring consistency to the program for both ag and non-ag loans and provide additional opportunities for farmers looking to access these funds!
HB2207 is now in the state Senate for consideration.

Communities across the Commonwealth are experiencing a significant increase in data center proposals. As a result, many municipalities are finding themselves playing catch-up—rushing to develop data center ordinances, navigate conditional use hearings, and protect their communities in this rapidly evolving landscape, often without the information and resources they need to do so effectively.
My colleagues and I in the Pennsylvania House near unanimously voted to give municipalities the option to place a 180-day pause on all data center applications.
House Bill 2496 would create a window of time for local officials to thoroughly research and better consider what is in the best interests of their communities.
House Bill 2496 is now in the state Senate for consideration.
